If no photo is received within 48hours of order placement your order will be refunded. Please note your order number in your email subject section.

Your loved one can be an animal or human. Please note any background in the image you send will also partly be shown on the ornament. 

Ornaments are double sided with what you see in the photo here. They come in a box ready to be gifted. 

These ornaments are plastic. We can also use square images from the funeral cards.
